The state’s up market chain of hotels, Capitol Hotels, is all set to celebrate the New Year’s Eve in style. Capitol Residency has just completed its fourth anniversary and is all set to welcome another of its New Year related festivities.
To kick off the festivities, Capitol Residency would set up ginger bread “Swiss Chalet” at The Cafe from where the season’s best would be on sale. The collection comprises Yule Logs, Sweet Roulades, Plum Cakes, Minced Pies, Muffins and Fruit Tarts. The ginger bread house would be at our lobby, and the traditional crib would also be made from bread.
Capitol Residency’s New Year festivities have been titled as “Rock On” at Fluid, and “Dancing Blues” at Melange.
Fluid, the Lounge Bar and Oriental cuisine restaurant would have a DJ and a dance floor. The entry would be for couples only and the price, INR 3000 (all inclusive) per couple.The DJ would churn out chartbusters and the evening would be complimented with a free flow of selected domestic beverages, snacks and an extensive selection of both Indian and International dishes on the buffet.
Melange, our all day dining restaurant would host a Live Rock Band. The buffet here is priced at INR 800 (all inclusive) per person.The evening would attract music lovers of the city and would be complimented with a welcome drink, snacks and an extensive selection of both Indian and international dishes on the buffet.
Capitol Residency’s New Year Eve Buffet spread, both at Fluid and Melange would take its guests on a culinary journey from India to Mexico.
